Who We Are
Rising Stars is a nonprofit organization based in Ocean County, New Jersey, dedicated to supporting vulnerable and underserved youth.
Founded by Kasriel Nojowitz, our innovative mentorship model is designed to enhance the psychological, social, and behavioral functioning of at-risk teens.
Our organization was born from a father's determination to find a better path for his son. Today, we continue to build on that foundation, providing comprehensive mentorship and advocacy to help youth avoid negative outcomes and achieve success.

Our Team
Our dedicated staff and volunteers bring their unique skill sets to help our youth reach their full potential. We work as a team of case managers, mentors, mental health professionals and business leaders to provide our participants with a wide range of support.
Our clinical director, Binyamin Greenspoon, LCSW, oversees our programming to ensure that we are using best practices to engage with at-risk youth.
